Bill grew up on a general dairy farm in Northern Missouri. He went to Northwest Missouri State University, earning a B.S. in Agricultural Business in 1991. He then went on to graduate school at Northwest working towards a M.S. in Agriculture, with emphasis on Agricultural Economics. In May of 1992 he became employed with Mid - America Dairymen, Inc., in Springfield, MO, as Director, Statistical Analysis. On April 1, 1998 Bill assume the duties of Manager, Commodity Risk & Research for Dairy Farmers of America, Kansas City, MO. On October 1, 1999 Bill joined Mike Downes and Joe O’Neill to form eDairy, Inc., an Internet based Commodity Trading Advisor firm. He is also the Dairy Economist for Downes-O’Neill, LLC. |
