Kevin advises clients in the food and beverage industries on matters relating to sugar, corn sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate, and edible oils, including procurement, market trends, and risk-management issues. He also works extensively with customers in the Mexican sugar industry to facilitate trade under NAFTA.
